How Filtermist Works

FX Series Models

Model FX-300

295 CFM airflow capacity. Designed for machine tool enclosures up to 80 cubic feet. Suitable for smaller CNC lathes, drilling machines, grinding operations, and other compact machine-tool applications.

Model FX-575

560 CFM airflow capacity. Sized for enclosures from approximately 60 to 120 cubic feet. Suitable for many standard CNC machining centers and multi-spindle machine applications.

Model FX-900

900 CFM airflow capacity. Handles enclosures from approximately 90 to 180 cubic feet. Suitable for larger machining centers, high-speed milling operations, and applications with greater mist generation.

Model FX-1200

1,200 CFM airflow capacity. For enclosures from approximately 120 to 240 cubic feet. Intended for larger machining centers, transfer-line applications, and applications requiring higher extraction capacity.

Mounting Options & Accessories

Filtermist units can be configured with a range of mounting and accessory options depending on the machine and application. Available options may include machine mounting, support stands, ducting, pre-filtration, afterfilters, and oil-return components.
