Wayne Products supports online purchasing, direct orders, quotations, purchase orders, authorized distributors, OEM programs, and international customers. Choose the purchasing path that best matches your requirements.
Shop Wayne Products
Many standard Wayne Products units, replacement parts, belts, filters, and accessories can be purchased directly through our Shopify store.
Request a Quote
Use our quote forms for application-specific equipment, special configurations, larger quantities, Filtermist, Kooltronic, or when you want Wayne Products to review the requirement before ordering.
Phone, Email & Purchase Orders
Customers may also contact Wayne Products directly to place an order, confirm a part number, submit a purchase order, or discuss an existing account.
Direct Orders & Purchase Orders
Wayne Products works with maintenance departments, purchasing teams, machine shops, motor shops, distributors, OEMs, and other industrial customers that use both online and traditional purchasing processes.
Submitting a Purchase Order
Existing customers with approved account terms may submit purchase orders directly to:
Include the Wayne P/N or product description, quantity, billing and shipping information, requested shipping method, and your purchase-order number.
Payment
Orders for customers without established terms can be processed by credit card. Existing approved accounts are processed according to the terms already established with Wayne Products.
If you are unsure of your account status, contact Wayne Products before submitting the order.
Availability: Most standard items ship the same or next business day, depending on availability and order timing. Contact Wayne Products for current availability on special configurations, larger quantities, or nonstandard items.
Shipping
Shipping requirements vary by order type, destination, product size, and customer account arrangements.
U.S. Orders
Wayne Products normally ships standard parcel orders by UPS. If you want us to use your UPS account, provide the account number with the order or purchase order.
Contact Wayne Products before ordering when a shipment has special carrier, freight, or delivery requirements.
International Orders
Canada and other international destinations follow different shipping procedures. Review the International Orders page before placing an international order.
Authorized & Industrial Distributors
Wayne Products equipment is also available through industrial distributors. Product selection, pricing, stock, and shipping availability vary by distributor.
Wayne Products also works with additional industrial distributors. If your company prefers to purchase through an established supplier or local distributor, contact us and we can help determine an appropriate purchasing path.

OEM Programs
Wayne Products works directly with OEMs and equipment manufacturers on application-specific builds, repeat configurations, volume pricing, and continued replacement-part support.
