Wayne Products ships to Canada regularly. Canadian shipping is handled differently from other international destinations because shipping options are configured within our regular Shopify shipping settings.
When an eligible product and shipping method are available through checkout, Canadian customers may place an order directly through the website.
Canadian customers may also contact Wayne Products directly for quotations, special configurations, replacement parts, or other ordering assistance.
Canadian Shipping Options
The following shipping options apply specifically to customers in Canada.
Orders Outside the United States and Canada
Orders shipping to other international destinations are handled directly with Wayne Products. The customer is responsible for arranging the international transportation.
Request a Quote
Provide the product or Wayne P/N when known, quantity, destination country, and any voltage, frequency, or application requirements.
Confirm the Order
Wayne Products confirms the requested configuration, pricing, availability, and payment requirements before the order is prepared.
Receive Weight & Dimensions
Wayne Products provides the packed shipment weight and dimensions needed for the customer to arrange transportation.
Arrange the Shipment
The customer arranges the carrier or freight forwarder and supplies Wayne Products with the shipping label and required shipping documentation.
Customer-Arranged International Transportation
For destinations outside the United States and Canada, Wayne Products does not arrange the international transportation.
Once the order is packed, Wayne Products provides the packed weight and dimensions. The customer then arranges transportation with its carrier or freight forwarder and provides Wayne Products with the carrier shipping label and the required shipping documentation for the shipment.
Pickup or carrier instructions must be provided before the shipment can be released.
Taxes, Duties, Brokerage & Import Fees
All international customers are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, import fees, and other charges associated with importing the shipment into the destination country. This responsibility applies to Canadian orders using Wayne Products shipping service, Canadian orders shipped on the customer's UPS account, and all other international shipments arranged by the customer.
International Electrical Requirements
Electrical standards vary by country. Alternate voltage and frequency configurations are available for certain Wayne Products equipment, depending on the product and application.
Voltage & Frequency
Provide the required voltage and frequency with your quote request so Wayne Products can confirm whether the requested configuration is available.
Product Configuration
Motor, electrical, filter, belt, reach, and other configuration requirements should be confirmed before ordering when they differ from standard U.S. configurations.
Continued Support
Wayne Products continues to support international customers with replacement belts, filters, motors, pumps, and other compatible service parts after the original equipment purchase.
