Parts washers and ultrasonic cleaning systems can release oils that rise to the surface of the wash solution. Wayne Products oil skimmers continuously collect this floating oil for separate discharge. Stainless steel belt configurations are recommended for hotter, non-neutral, or chemically aggressive wash solutions where polyurethane may not be appropriate.

Which Oil Skimmer Is Right for Your Tank?
Select the skimmer based on tank size, wash-solution temperature and chemistry, expected oil load, and duty cycle. Stainless steel belt models are preferred for hotter or chemically demanding wash solutions, while polyurethane can be used where it is compatible with the fluid and operating temperature.
