High-Temperature Cogged Chloroprene Belt Configuration

Mini-Skimmer™ Oil Removal for Elevated-Temperature Applications

The Mini-Skimmer™ high-temperature configuration features a 1 in wide, fiberglass-reinforced chloroprene cogged belt for removing floating oils from compatible industrial process fluids. The belt features a smooth exterior oil-collection surface and a positive-drive cogged interior, with a maximum rated belt operating temperature of 194°F (90°C).

Select the Reach, Motor Speed, and Accessory Pack

Reach is measured from the bottom of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the lower tail pulley. Each reach is available with a 10 RPM or 30 RPM motor and an optional Accessory Pack: GFI power cord, 24-hour programmable timer, and 2 ft discharge hose.

Fluid compatibility: Chloroprene is intended for selected elevated-temperature applications. Verify compatibility with process chemicals, cleaning solutions, and prolonged oil exposure. Standard polyurethane generally provides better resistance to prolonged oil exposure.
