Mini-Skimmer Stainless Steel Replacement Belts

Replace a worn or damaged belt on a Wayne Products Mini-Skimmer configured for a 1-inch stainless steel belt. These continuous-loop replacement belts are made from 301 full-hard stainless steel and collect floating tramp oil from CNC coolant sumps, parts washers, wash tanks, and industrial reservoirs.

Stainless steel is recommended for hotter fluids and harsher industrial service where polyurethane may not be the best choice. Because fluid chemistry varies, contact Wayne Products to confirm suitability for acidic, alkaline, or unusually high-temperature applications.

Select the correct belt

How reach is measured: Measure from the bottom of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the lower pulley. Match the reach, belt ID, or Wayne part number from your existing equipment before ordering.

Maximum operating fluid temperature: Up to 220 degreesF (104 degreesC) when installed on compatible Wayne Products Mini-Skimmer equipment. Although the stainless steel belt material can tolerate higher temperatures, 220 degreesF is the maximum recommended operating temperature for the complete Mini-Skimmer assembly.

Compatibility

These belts are replacement parts for Wayne Products Mini-Skimmer units already configured for a stainless steel belt. They are not universal oil-skimmer belts or a one-part conversion from a polyurethane-belt configuration. Contact Wayne Products if your existing unit uses a different belt or pulley arrangement.
